Finale

by Katie Mientka

question_me.jpg I actually got some little shivers at the end. CM saved its best for last - which is great, but bad because now I want to know what happens and have to wait until September. The team traveled to NYC to investigate a series of seemingly unrelated shootings. They soon discover that the shootings were done by different people, in broad daylight and in crowded places. Like the DC snipers, it seemed like anyone could have been a target, which is terrifying enough. But as it turns out, everyone is a target. Terrorists are using the shootings to gauge emergency response times at points of entry and exit to Manhattan. At the end, each of the BAU members is seen getting into a black Suburban (someone should talk to the FBI about hybrids or something). The last shot shows one of them exploding.
So - who is in the car? Any theories?

This was definately the most suspenseful episode of the season. What are your thoughts on the end of the third season?

I’m frustrated..I want to know who got blown up at the end? Does anyone know?

  2. drew Says:

I think it may have been Morgan. Looking at the scenery around the SUV that would be my guess. He is my favorite character on the show, so I sure hope I’m wrong. Does anyone know if Shemar Moore is going to be on a different show or couldn’t work out a contract (then they had to write him out)? Aww Man. This sucks. How many months do we have to wait?

  3. Chiara Says:

I think its the pregnant girl, so forgot her name seems the only name I remember is Morgan lol just kidding

  4. Katie Mientka Says:

Morgan is an easy one to remember! I was trying to figure that out too…as far as I know no one is leaving or having contract disputes. I wouldn’t think they’d get rid of another major character after last summer’s big Gideon-leaving turmoil.

  5. Chiara Says:

Ok think I have it,and my kids hate me for always trying to guess whats going to happen, but I think its not JJ as I first thought its her boyfriend??? That way one one has to leave.

  6. Renee Says:

Maybe I’m looking at it too closely, but the exploding vehicle looked like it had van doors in the back. Do all Suburbans have a back like that? I saw one of the characters walk around hers and the back didn’t look like that. (I taped it so reran it a few times to try to figure it out) Maybe they didn’t want to blow up a Suburban and used another kind–ya think? Anyway one of those dratted cliffhangers that we have to wait for.

  7. Katie Mientka Says:

I wish I had it on dvr or something so I could notice these details or try to figure it out. I didn’t notice Hotch at all getting into a Suburban, though that may be because my daughter was still up and being a beast.

  8. Kim Says:

Its Not Spencer, he was in a GMC.
The car that blew was a Saburban.
It also was not Emily who was in a Chevy with a hatchback type rear door.
Otherwise I am stumped. Can’t wait till next season.

  9. Brenda Says:

I think it was JJ and therefore she can be hospitalized at the beginning of next season while she is on maternity leave. Just a thought.

  10. johan Says:

I agree with #9, it was JJ. It can be Morgan or Rossi as well but I don’t think they will remove Morgan. And since she’s pregnant IRL…

  11. Marilyn Says:

Well, I hate it, but I think it could be JJ too–that way she could have her own real maternity leave–and not be missed–it is easy for another actor to take her place in intensive care–all bandaged–then that would continue the story line–will they still get married? was he hurt too in the blast? What a cliffhanger!!
